Returns & Refunds

1. Return Window
You have [30] days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return
Please email us at hayleyroussel@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • Buyer’s Remorse: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7–10] business days.

7. Non-Returnable Items
gift cards and discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
